Wednesday 27th: morning 40 students, afternoon 125 students

Schedule:

7:50 AM 8:00 AM Bethany Kenyon (BN coordinator) will arrive with materials

8:00 AM 8:30 AM Bethany Kenyon will provide activity training to student volunteers

8:30 AM 9:00 AM Student volunteers set up activity rooms (Bethany Kenyon will provide assistance as needed)

9:00 AM 11:00 AM Visiting elementary students rotate through the 4 activity rooms every 25-30 minutes

11:00 AM 12:30 PM Lunch and activity room reset

12:30 PM 2:30 PM Visiting elementary students rotate through the 4 activity rooms every 25-30 minutes

2:30 PM 3:00 PM Clean up
