MOVE Boots to Biotech

NCBiotech's Military Outreach and Veterans Engagement (MOVE) initiative helps transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses find high-impact careers in the life sciences. MOVE is a Department of Defense SkillBridge-approved workforce development program. It bridges the gap between military talent and industry needs.

Our model starts with the end in mind: sustainable, purpose-driven employment for veterans. We connect participants to SkillBridge and CSP internships, direct job placements with employers, long-term mentorship, and advancement opportunities. MOVE serves as a statewide resource linking veterans to our expanding network of employers, colleges, and universities committed to veteran hiring.
