Aseptic Processing III

A three-day intensive course dealing with the aseptic processing areas of validation and investigation of unexpected production or laboratory results. Activities include validation of aseptic processing equipment, lyophilizer (freeze drying) technique, and completing hands-on investigation into failing/unexpected results. Topics of classroom instruction include history of asepsis, validation in aseptic processing, biosafety levels and precautions, validation of test methods (biochemistry and analytical), and approaches to methodical investigation.
