Developing or following a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan can be daunting. This course will help participants at all levels better understand how HACCP systems work and their role in compliance. Through interactive exercises, participants will learn the step-by-step process of developing and implementing a HACCP plan while gaining practical knowledge to control hazards in their processes. Led by an International HACCP Alliance approved instructor, this course is consistent with the intent and scope of FSIS Pathogen HACCP regulations. Upon successful completion of this accredited course, participants will earn a certificate of completion displaying the International HACCP Alliance seal.
